With the passion to bake, Fhoua Yang, pastery chef and Kao Yee Xiong, business manager, turned their dream of owning a bakery into reality. Offering products such as croissants, sponge rolls, birthday cakes, wedding cakes, and fruit cakes, Cakes by Fhoua can turn any idea into "edible" reality.
Cakes by Fhoua has been serving the Saint Paul and Minneapolis area since September of 2006 and plans to expand outwards. Currently, not only can Cakes by Fhoua products be customized through direct ordering, pasteries can be found at: Golden Harvest, Sunrise Plaza, Foodsmart, and Golden Lion.
Hmong Inspired Line :
Many of our Hmong-inspired cakes are created with the bright colors embedded within the fine clothing of the Hmong traditional wear.

Individually hand-made sculptures by Kenny Vang. Each with a touch of its own uniqueness to capture your perfect wedding cake topper!
